Pool Day is a community map originally made for Counter-Strike. It was remade for Counter-Strike 2 and added officially in the June 25, 2024 update.
There is a clock on the wall of the CT locker room by the pool, pressing and holding it with the +USE key for 4 seconds will make the map almost identical to the Counter-Strike 1.6 version. In the same way, the map can be returned to a modern look.
The map was originally made for the community-popular Fight Yard game mode (hence fy_ prefix), where the main objective is to find the weapons scattered over the map and eliminate opposite team. A bombsite exists on the map, but is often completely ignored by players.
