So many of the people around me have had an incredibly difficult last couple of years. Some of them have gone through the most emotionally challenging moments of their lives. Surrounded by so much grief, suffering and sorrow, I found myself filled with the desire to ease their pain, even just for a moment. To hold them in a place where everything else disappears, where they can finally be at peace. I realized I needed the same thing.

That's what this album is. An expression of that desire. A collection of lullabies I made for those close to me. A comedown from the insanity of OBLIVIØN, a soft moment you can escape into, one where you feel safe and known, one where time itself seems to halt and the world becomes beautifully, perfectly still.

I hope it wraps around you like a blanket. I hope it is a salve upon your wounds. I hope you can feel the warmth of its embrace, even in the midst of the apocalypse.
