Here's my experience at Crystal Lotus in the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel! The staff was super accommodating to my peanut allergy and were very careful about cross-contamination. Let me know in the comments if you think I should do a tips video for people with food allergies in the Disney Parks!
I also noticed that I'm too distracted by the place to say "dim sum" correctly. Hahaha (don't hurt me).
