Your Job is it to defend the Heart Crystal from the incoming barrage of projectile, untill the night comes again. To do this the Crystal grants you his energy, which manifests in two shields on your hands. With them and their trails you can destroy projectiles before they reach the Crystal, but they only work if you keep moving.
