How to kill everyone using only your fists in the popular game Crysis.

8600GTS 256mb (Thinking of getting a 9800GT)

In game settings:
Object Quality: Medium
Water Quality: Low
Everything else: Very High
(including shadows)
(resolution is the lowest one)

FPS without FRAPS running: 20-45
FPS with FRAPS running: 10-15
