When I wasn't recording, I was getting 30-60 FPS with everything on low, except textures on very high.

I compare AVI to DivX and WMV, i usually record in WMV, so i figured thats why i get bad audio. If the other formats end up being worse in audio and video, i will resume using WMV. I didnt do a color correction because it changes the video. Every other video of mine i do color correction though
