Finally the Crysis 2 Dx11 patch is here, the Ultra settings and High resolution textures have also been included.
I'm not sure how well this vid shows off the DX11 effects it seems at long distances it's not that easy to tell the difference, the underground/indoor sections are the best places to see the improvements.
Crysis 2 finally pushes my Rig onto poor frame rates. I can no longer maintain anything close to 30FPS while in 1900 * 1080, most of the time it sits at 20, it's not DX11 that does this but rather the new Ultra settings which really do make the game look very very pretty, Sorry for the poor frame frates that's just the side effect of having to use fraps to render the video! I'll have to upgrade to get a nice smooth frame rate....oh well!
