Hi. I gave it a try on my acoustic. Don't expect too much, I'm using rather easy chords which works out ok but is not very exact to the original.

Believe it or not, Cliff was first a 50s RocknRoller; then one of the greatest crooners in the 60s. During the 70s and 80s he lost his way but had still some bright moments. Nowadays his records are simply horrible. He should go back to his roots and get himself a proper producer!!!

Since I was too clumsy finding the correct guitar chords for Roustabout I just took an raw freeware-instrumental version; added some tonewoods plus shakers and did all the singing. I layed over the vinyl effect out of sheer fun, guess it sounds more interesting... Long live the King :)")

This song has always been my favorite from The Judy Collins Concert, even long before I understood the English lyrics and the stirring background. In memory of NAACP activist Medgar Evers, cowardly assassinated 1963 in Mississippi for no reason except being black.
