Crustless Mini Quiche Ingredients:
- 6 medium eggs
- 3 tbsps milk
- ½ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 120g mature cheddar cheese
- Your choice of fillings – we used ham, cherry tomatoes and tenderstem broccoli
