Hello everyone and welcome back to another EU4 Video! Today I attempt to CRUSH the OTTOMANS as Serbia and get the Lazarus Achievement (Requiring us to own the entire Balkans as Serbia!) is this achievement impossible in 1.35? Or is it a lot easier to accomplish than in previous patches?
