On the Humberston and Cleethorpes Railway, there had been a terrible storm. The railway line was flooded with water and the tracks was blocked by fallen plants. Cool crazy and clever Cruiz Ramirez (Friend of Lightning McQueen) wanted to go out to test her speed and stretch her axles. She may be a rookie racer, but she's got a lot of stuff.
