This was one of our daily excursion trips from the Harmony of the Seas Royal Caribbean cruise ship, as it sailed down te western Mediterranean towards Naples.
At Naples we disembarked and took a series of buses and a stifling 55 minute enclosed ferry trip, to get us to the island of Ischia and the thermal baths. We finally arrived at the Poseidon thermal baths but had only a limited time there because of the length of our journey back to our ship.
Although the scenery was wonderful. It was an expensive tiring day out.
Would I do it again?
-No.
The best thing for me was the ferry journey back to Naples. We sat in the open air, top deck, of the ferry and watched the Isle of Capri 'float' by.
