Current patch rules:
1 - Start from a new save file.
2 - Complete all levels, get all implants and all weapons, except Zippy 3000.
3 - Enemys can only be damaged with kick with the exception of CSHQ boss, Triagons, Flechette golem and Ambassador.
4 - Any implant or weapon that can inflict damage or sleep cannot be used or fired but can be thrown to break windows or brushes (grenades are not allowed to be thrown).
5 - "Restricted" must be stamped if run does not use active stocks and major glitches.
