Down a small, winding country road in Croydon, you’ll find a quaint cottage where, every Saturday, Cordon Bleu chef Nia Payne-Jones serves fresh bread, cakes and coffee from her family home.
The cottage is home to Bread & Butter, Nia’s one-hour-a-week bakery, which opens its doors to the public every Saturday.
