The language of crows is fascinating. They may not have as many words in their vocabulary as ours, but they do have certain words that can mean many things at once. The wistfulness of bumping into an ex, the anger at the way things ended, the passion they still evoke in you when you look into each others' eyes, all are summed up by a simple "Caw." This is not to be confused with "caw," which carries a totally different connotation ("I am a human trapped in the body of a crow because of a trickster genie"). Really amazing creatures.
