Pick up Hitchhikers, get into car accidents, ride a ferry, pick up items and drop them off in random locations. It's Cross Country Canada, part of our Canadian Heritage (or at least it should be!).
Note: Contrary to what everyone says, you can get the two items from Churchill MB as shown at 11:05, you just have to type "Order [commodity]", wait 30 hours and then drive to Thompson MB, and type "get [commodity]". The game does tell you this, but only if you type "NE" while in Thompson, opposed to "go NE" or "speed NE". You can even order it ahead of time if you need to.
I suspect there might be a "1.1" of the game, because I remember it always blocking you from Churchill in the copy we had at school.
