Game Synopsis:
The time is modern. The historic city of Priyo City has both magnificent nature and sophisticated urban areas. However, due to the rapid population growth caused by the redevelopment of the city, the crime rate has risen, and theft rates, hit-and-runs, and robberies are unavoidable. The city's police are doing everything they can, but they can't keep up, and gangs of young people are growing into a large criminal organization. Our hero, Saul, and his partner, Gordon, are new to the city. They are called "Stormers", an occupation unique to this world, for a living. They are rough and tumble bounty hunters who use their advanced driving skills to complete various requests in exchange for a large sum of money, and are willing to violate the law in order to achieve their goals. The heroine, Hope, and her partner, Diana, meet on a whim. They, too, were "Stormers". Veteran police detective Hartman, who is an enemy of the Stormers, and Saul and Gordon, who run the streets today, fend off the interference of their business rivals, Hope and Diana. They steadily complete their requests despite the interference, but they have been caught by a gangster working behind the scenes. Then they get caught up in the great conspiracy that surrounds the city!
