UPDATE: Adding this about it seeming like the wrong arm is used, since it's been brought up a few times in the past, so I wanted to put the answer here to save the confusion. During the game, Matt says at first that it's his right arm that is taken off (which is mentioned in the animation). During the game though, Taliesin asks if it can be his left arm instead (so he can keep using the gun), which Matt allows, so I went along with that instead. Thanks all for understanding!
