For three of us within our party of four, it was a first time summitting Snowdon. We did it in style. Not only conquering Crib Goch but the entire 'Snowdon Horseshoe' route; initially following the Pyg Track and then, from the summit, we'd descend via the Watkin Path to scramble along Y Lliwedd and return to the Pen-Y-Pass car park along the 'wheelchair-friendly' Miners' Track.
A great experience, shared with three friends. I'm pleased to be able to saw I've ticked Snowdon off the list AND that we've overcome Crib Goch without incident. Would I return to the summit again? Only for a lady... It's too tourist-friendly a mountain summit for my liking.
