Well this cutscene skip really allows you to save time off the Cremia Day Reset (what I do first in this video). This is a big timesaver for any category that can perform it.
The second cutscene skip literally works because you can walk for two frames before the cutscene begins.
This saves over 25 seconds in a TAS, and hopefully saves time in RTA runs.
