Creepy Guy Loves Balloons - a shocking story of a man blowing up balloons and finding it exciting

Today we take a look at TLC UK, and a man's strange addiction to popping balloons for his own pleasure. In this video about looners, we meet Chris, the man with an unusual addiction to inflatable slabs of rubber. Also ImAllexx gets involved, but he isn't funny and doesn't bring anything to the table so I pop a big balloon in his face for comedy.
