From the 9/24/1990 edition of New Gold On CD With Dick Bartley, a radio show issued on CD by Westwood One. This rare FULL STEREO version of the original 45 RPM single mix has double-tracked vocals and additional instrument overdubs not heard on the common nearly-mono album version. I doubt this version has ever been commercial released in digital form -- it sounds like a tape copy of a vinyl record (you can hear a little bit of surface noise at the end).
