Creative blocks making you miserable? Here’s how to destroy them
And
Why is it always important to forgive
To let go all of anger
To make forgiveness a practice and a priority
If you what you want is a life of creative expansion and fulfillment
John Lydon has a book called anger is energy
And the punk rock movement seemed to flourish with the energy of anger
Anger as well can be a kind of effective expression
And so there is a temptation to believe that anger is a kind of good force
And when we are angry there is a feeling of empowerment or protection that seems to come from it
Our egos love it
Because their illusionary reality is bolstered from it and through it
That’s why holding onto anger is tempting and even hard to overcome
But the reality of anger is it’s more of a paralyzing force than a motivational energy
And real genius springs from boundless love and enthusiasm
And the kind of spirit that appears in anger’s absence
When we are angry with someone or anything really in the third dimension
We are being victimized by an illusion
We are locked in the realm of our egos
And we are vulnerable to distraction and gossip
And then excuses for procrastination and inactivity
Or to put it another way
Anger is a kind of hatred which can’t exist in the same time and same place as the spirit of love
Love is more powerful than hate
Love is fearless
Hate is fear
Love is the epitome of boundless inspiration
Hate is stuck in the past
Love is rooted in presence and the here and now
Love opens up to the moment where actual expression resides
So though it’s not impossible to express certain things from the energy of anger
It is certainly limited and rife with problematic stumbling blocks and tendencies towards self destruction
So how do we forgive?
How do we let go of all the shackles from the difficulties of this life
So we can sprout wings of inspiration
And fly into the skies of infinite expression?
First and foremost we see these energies for what they are
So we don’t fall for the egos trick to hold onto anger as some sort of false power
Secondly we decide to forgive
For ultimately forgiveness is a decision
That we can make anytime we choose
And thirdly there are powerful tools to help us forgive and overcome anger
Such as awareness
A practice of presence
And the mantra known as Hooponopono
The first part
Seeing anger for what it is
A kind of trap of stuck energy and an engine of procrastination and fear
Means we don’t value it at all
But see it for what it is
When I hear about someone’s creative block
The first thing I think about is that they have unresolved anger
And are living with a lack of forgiveness
Usually deep down most of us hold onto anger unconsciously
And the two key figures of all of our lives
Our mothers and our fathers
Need to be forgiven deep down
Nobodies parents were perfect
And some or even most were very far from perfect
But if we want that boundless connection
And thriving energy of our spirit of genius
We need to be resonating in the energy of love
And presence that is only possible when all those ancient resentments
Are laid to the side
With this awareness
Deciding to forgive
Being motivated to forgive
Is much easier to come by
The egos lies, that anger is something we should hold onto
Becomes easy to see through and
Our willingness to forgive expands greatly
Lastly the powerful Hooponopono mantra operates outside of the control of our tiny egos
And helps a great deal to cultivate the power of forgiveness
I love you
I’m sorry
Please forgive me
And thank you
Are Hooponopono phrases of revelation
Self responsibility and accountability
We empower ourselves to take responsibility for everything in our field of consciousness
Helpful as well is to understand that when people in the third dimension offend or betray
Be it our parents or anyone else
Is to understand that it’s principalities or spirits beyond them are ultimately responsible
Our battle is with principalities and not flesh and blood as the Bible clearly states
Meaning our battle is spiritual not personal
SO when we are taking personal offense we are being victimized by a misunderstanding of life
Or an illusion
When we view everything from spiritual lenses our pathway to being creatively free and unstuck
Is wide open
We understand the nature of the realm we are living on and in
Where holding onto anger makes no sense at all
We let go of the forces of judgement and condemnation
Which keep us locked into our minds where creativity is limited and hobbled
And we fly into our souls and spirits where creativity is boundless and ever expanding
And rather than waiting for some kind of apology which will never come
We take full responsibility and understand that the apology is ours to make for wrongly judging anyone at all
We say Hooponopono to anyone or anything we hold resentment towards
