Less than 2 weeks ago my precious 90 year old grandfather went home to be with Jesus. I will miss him terribly, but he is finally with the Savior he loved and shared with others for so many years. In thinking about my grandfather’s home-going and the Christmas season which is quickly approaching I can’t help but think of the wise men which brought me to Matthew 2. “They were overwhelmed with joy...and falling to their knees, they worshipped him.” It is my prayer that you and I will have that same adoration for our Savior...I have no doubt that the moment after my Grandpa took his last breath he was kneeling at the feet of Jesus in awe and worship and I can’t wait to be reunited with him in heaven one day and worship our Savior together! 🙌🏻
