With the start of the new year, I wanted to look back at how I did with my 2025 and think about what creative goals I want to set myself for this year.
I am wearing the Drew Sweatshirt by Tilly and the Buttons in quilted jersey from Higgs and Higgs.

the 4 haiku that I'm proud of:
watching the clouds drift
as i press interfacing
a moment of zen
your mind (my favorite)
reaches yearningly towards
my mind (enraptured)
i have no ticket
to this window box concert
can i pay in seeds?
each morning you sing,
flap your wings, on my window
a concert for one

My Ultimate Chai Latte:
3 green cardamom pods (seeds only)
1/2 cinnamon stick (1” piece)
5 black peppercorns
3 cloves (scale up for bigger batches)
Bring 2/3 cup water, 1-2 tsp sugar and 2 tsp spice mix to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Add 2 teabags and heat on low for a further 3 minutes. Strain into cup. Top with 1 cup hot milk (frothy if possible). Top with cinnamon (optonal)
