My name is Amy Small and just in case you don’t know who I am, I am the founder of Knit Collage, a creative business where I design handspun yarns, knitting patterns, teach online and so much more. To an outsider looking in this niche and our unique yarns might seem like the most hair brained idea ever. An idea that could never become a “real” business. When I began back in 2010, I struggled for years. It took me 7 years to find something within this niche that worked and actually had the potential to create a sustainable business. Now, 14 years later, I’ve gone from $200k in debt to a viable business with multiple revenue streams and an amazing team. It wasn’t an easy road to get here but throughout the past 14 years I have been committed to learning and honing my skills as an entrepreneur.
