I have compared the video quality of the Nokia Lumia 1020 which has a 41 megapixel sensor, a carl size six-element lens and optical stabilizer, and the new Iphone 5S which has a smaller sensor, five-elemet lens and a digital stabilizer. The widest aperture of both cameras are F2.2.
Both phone cameras are great to capture video, but the really cool thing with the new Iphone 5S, is the slow-motion function. It lets you record video in 120 frames pr second in 720p (upscaled from 480p, so not true HD).
