In today's video I show how to create a custom title stencil with alphabet dies/thin cuts to create a background for a scrapbook layout. This is part of the Creative Design Team's YouTube Collaboration this month where we are featuring creative ways to use stencils. I'm using Close To My Heart's "The World Is Yours" collection which I have had in my stash for a while and I think this vacation is going to be a perfect use of these papers/die cuts/stickers.
