I’ve been testing my art style by creating a title screen menu in Godot using an orthographic camera with a mix of pixelated 3D models, 2D sprites, and custom UI design for buttons and menus. In this video, I’ll share the design choices I made to prepare my game for multiplayer development while keeping the scope adorable, realistic, and achievable. It’s all about respecting my skill limits, staying consistent with my vision, and building a game that feels both unique and fun.
If you’re into Godot tutorials, UI/UX design for games, indie game dev, or exploring 2.5D / pixel art styles, this video is for you!
