In this video, I will create a #Photoshop composition inspired by "Laputa: Castle In the Sky" by Studio Ghibli and the "Bioshock Infinite" video game. Here I will focus on creating a floating city among an expansive cloudscape. The photo manipulation is relatively easy and I think you will find it interesting.
