The base glaze is my FreedomFive Gloss Base with 10% Zircon, to which I add sintered fragments of different coloured glazes. These then all melt together when fired to form a single glaze with coloured speckles throughout.
There's a full guide to the sintering process on my blog, but basically you dry a glaze, crush it up, then bisque fire it. If done correctly, the glaze doesn't melt completely but also can't dissolve in water, so it remains as chunks when mixed into another glaze.
The tool used to dip the pot is a car dent puller. There's also a guide to them on my blog.
