the first part of this tutorial creates a countdown timer in Cavalry. The rest of the tutorial adds style to the numbers with different nodes in Cavalry like a Duplicator and Convex hull. With the procedural nature of the software, you can make all kinds of adjustments after the fact. This is a fun and interesting countdown timer that is quick to set up and we'd be happy to see any variations you come up with.
Note that this tutorial is using Cavalry 1.0. There is a free version of the software and it is full-featured. There is a watermark and I think render resolution is limited, but there are no other limitations and you are able to save your work. This is a great opportunity to learn a great app!
