Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) can take many different forms, and is found in nearly all segments of society. This conversation, moderated by Jessica St. Peter, Public Education Manager for the Sexual Assault Support Centre of Waterloo Region, will discuss the ways in which our community can play a support role for survivors. How can we support someone after a disclosure, how do personal circumstances change the support that a survivor seeks and/or receives, and how has the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic changed the way we look at IPV – these are just a few of the questions we’ll discuss in this panel.
