I have made a number of videos about 3d printing cookie cutters but the process was always more complex than I would like. After hours of research, I think I have discovered the absolutely easiest way to create any shape cookie cutter.

By combining the completely free Tinkercad web-based design program with the almost free ($10) Boxy-SVG desktop application anyone can create fun and creative holiday cookie cutters. These cutters will print on almost any 3d printer from an entry-level printer like the Monoprice Select Mini to a higher-end model such as the Prusa i3 Mk3s.

After designing the cookie cutter in Boxy-SVG extrude it in TinkerCAD and slicer the saved STL file in any slicer. I used Cura 4 in my examples. The video includes step-by-step instructions suitable for 3d printing beginners.
