Video game developers figured out a long time ago that achievement/trophy systems are a fantastic way of directing player attention and actions. I wanted to figure out a way to implement a similair system in D&D 5e, and I think using Feats as a Reward system is a great way of motivating players to engage with your game in ways that you'd like to encourage.
