☐ 3-4 Large Russet potatoes (3.5 Lbs)
☐ 1 tsp salt

☐ 1 stick of butter
☐ 3 small minced garlic cloves
☐ 1 cup whole milk
☐ 1 cup heavy cream
☐ 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
☐ Salt and pepper to taste
