I am not a Chef just a Home Cook. I make simple and easy recipes.
I grew up on garden food and southern home cooking. I will be sharing some recipes that my Momma made and other family recipes and things I made for my family when my kids were growing up. I also look for new things to make online or recipe books and will make it and give it a try.
Creamy Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup egg noodles
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (I added salt and pepper to taste while cooking the chicken)
1 cupcooked ham, cubed
8 ounces Swiss cheese, cubed
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 1.5 to 2 quart casserole dish.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and transfer noodles to the prepared casserole dish.
Top noodles with chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese and stir in.
Mix together condensed soup, milk, and sour cream in a medium bowl until combined; pour over noodle mixture in the casserole dish.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in hot butter until crumbs are well coated, 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven until casserole is bubbling and lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
If you have a YouTube channel and make any of my recipes especially those I say are Family Recipes I ask you to tell where you got the recipe from and not pass it off as your own. I always give shoutouts if I try a recipe from another YouTube channel..it is only right to do so.
I DO NOT SUB FOR A SUB OR STAY CONNECTED SO DO NOT ASK. ANY COMMENTS LIKE THAT WILL BE DELETED AND BLOCKED. Now that being said, If I like content on a channel I will subscribe.
