Brandi Leifso is the CEO and founder of Evio Beauty Group. At the age of 21, Leifso was living in a women's shelter where she founded the concept for Evelyn Iona. From these humble beginnings Leifso successfully established relationships with over 50 coveted retailers including QVC, Credo, and Aillea before establishing a direct to consumer model. Brandi secured a spot as a 2018 alumni member of the esteemed Sephora Accelerate program. Leifso's story of triumph has been highlighted in Flare, Elle, Huffington Post, Yahoo Beauty, and CBC amongst others. 'Despite her rapid success, her core values remain the same since the start: being honest to customers and supporting women.' as noted by FLARE. Brandi is most passionate about social change through organizations that she supports, including the Canadian Women's foundation. Leifso has played a key part in breaking stigmas, and glass ceilings for young women. We are Behavioral Analysts, Axiologists, and Professional Values Analysts who specialize people intelligence using the Aristos Personality Model. Our goal is to assist our clients in navigating the two points of tension associated with the push and pull between both separate and shared existences within the workplace. What we desire for ourselves is oftentimes in conflict with what is expected of us in relation to our partners, managers, subordinates, and peers.
The psychology associated with the Aristos Personality Model and the behavioral orientations we follow, allow us to reconcile our unconscious and conscious actions associated with the interplay between our emotional intensities and core desires.
