This is a Direct-to-DVD movie that was meant to promote the Crazy Dog brand. There's virtually no clips of this online, or any information about it. This is a shitshow.
I vaguely remember seeing brief clips of this on Kabillion's website back in 2008(?) and only recently tried to piece together what it actually was. This comes from a "Crazy Pets Activity Disk", which proudly states that you could play this on your Xbox, PlayStation, AND Nintendo (even though no Nintendo consoles support CDs nor DVDs)!
