I seriously can't explain what makes this level GREAT but when I dissect why I love it, I think you will understand. I stumbled across this level on the magic tab while giving some feedback, and this one caught my surprise mainly from the gameplay. I included my clicks in the video for fun as well, and I loved the gameplay, so I wanted you guys to capture that aspect better too.
As I stated, the gameplay is this level's biggest strength without a doubt. There is quite a lot of clicks involved with this level, I got pretty tired after each attempt but I eventually just got used to it and beat it pretty fast. The sync is pretty alright, some parts don't really sync as much as I would like but, other parts were pretty good with it, such as 0:52 to 1:08 with the dash orbs and blue orbs. Honestly, throughout the whole level I would say I didn't encounter one single problem except for at 0:51 with the wave to the cube transition. You have to hold and kind of aim for the portal as you transition, rather than having the slider blocks for the wave to transition better. If you don't hold at that part you just crash and die, so yeah lol. Anyways, other than that... This level has 9/10 gameplay, loved it.
As in terms of the decoration, we could all probably agree it wasn't the greatest. Lots of parts were lacking quality and overall didn't look that appealing. The main issue would probably be that parts such as the first cube, look quite alright, with decent decoration to pass getting a rate, but have parts such as 0:46 to 0:52 with the glow not being polished enough or the lack of overall decoration. The blocks towards the end looked alright, I would have kept using those designs throughout the wave section, but that's just me. I would like to say it was quite poor and the level had such fun gameplay, not great decoration... for the most part. Some areas were alright but others were not too great. Overall I would say the level is a solid 6/10 with all things considered.
So yeah, that's my level review for this level. I am not too sure who made the gameplay or the decoration or if this is even a collab or not? I assumed this is a solo level that this creator made him/herself. I however, can easily agree that I would send this for an easy demon rate no feature. Mainly because of the poor decoration execution. This level has a great start and I believe this creator can improve and get pretty good. To wrap it up, REALLY fun level:) I really enjoyed this one.
