Rumia loves brains and can't get enough. Whether it's day in or night out, old and stinky, rotten or fresh, or clearly past their prime, it doesn't matter. She wants 'em.
I'm doing the soundtrack from another game I remember from my youth. I first heard of Plants vs. Zombies from a friend at school in late 2010 or early 2011 (can't remember). Before PvZ, I had played PopCap's other games, including Bejeweled, Peggle, Zuma, and Insaniquarium. I got my first try of the game at a now-defunct HHGregg in my area. Even my elder brother was shocked when he saw the zombie's arm and head fly off as the Peashooters were attacking them.
I originally wanted the DS version, but couldn't find it. I picked up the original PC version instead while my parents were shopping at Best Buy one weekend. Man, I fell in love with it. I had the Game of the Year edition, meaning I am familiar with the Dancing Zombie's new design.
When I did the Bejeweled soundtracks, I used FamiTracker and a combination of expansion chips. With PvZ, I am doing it in the PC-98 Touhou style. I went that route because of the instrumentation in the soundtrack.
