This is by far the most effective and efficient weapon XP and overall XP method currently available in Modern Warfare 2.
If you have teammates doing this with you, you will ALL get the XP from doing a contract. This would make it even faster than doing it solo. All of the results shown in the video are from my gameplay solo.
