Another of Penny Rimbauds cassette tapes, this time an hour-ish of a radio documentary / showcase that is spoken in the Slavic language (?) not English, so I do not understand any of the words.

I do not know what radio station it was broadcast on, nor do I know the year it was broadcast.

There is literally nothing I can add to this text, except, perhaps, if you know some Slavs, or whatever, that support Crass ,then please forward this YT post to them.
