For stunts and general car mods, look for the StuntInAirControlMotif in the track file.
For boost mods look for SpeedBoost objects in track files that have them.
For weapon mods in arena look for the crashTurret and nginTurret TurretMotifs in arena files.
For character mods, look for the CrashDefault skin in COMMON.RCF.
