It's not entirely a setup per se, but it's the beginning of something that'll work. Failing it usually doesn't kill you, and retries take about 15 seconds, meaning you have 3 tries in All Levels before you start losing time. Still, it has to be done first try in 100% to even save time. This might be the solution, though
