The Dr. Neo Cortex theme, exclusive from the Japanese version. This was extracted from the original files, and then looped for 30 minutes.

The music is a bit low on volume, but I've increased by around 11.5db when exporting the video file. It's a bit more louder now.

As for how this theme goes, I greatly prefer this version over the US version, it feels much more characteristic, while the US version feels a bit too much serious. The US version of the music still plays on the Japanese game on Cortex's bonus rounds.

I'd use the Japanese logo instead of the US one, but I couldn't find any high quality PNGs for it, so I just left the US logo anyway.
