One Yard (.914m) of double-fold bias tape,
Sewing machine, thread to match fabrics,
Ruffler attachment for your sewing machine,
45 inches (114 cm)of 2.5-inch (6.35 cm) wide flat white eyelet (enough for several)
For face: One 20mm round wood bead, Woodburning tool, Red Acrylic paint, Bamboo skewer, Fine-point brown permanent marker, Cosmetic blush, Cotton swab, Paper plate,
Tape measure, Scissors, Hot Glue Gun, Tacky Glue,
Yarn for hair, Small length of rick rack or other trim,
Small bouquet of millinery forget-me-nots, White florist's tape,
Small white satin bow,
Printed cardstock for wings
Four-inch scalloped circle die and die-cutting machine OR
A compass to draw a 4-inch circle and scalloping shears or pinking shears,
