Hey Lovelies! Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend! If any of you remember a community post I had about my grandpa being diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer, we recently learned it has spread and turned into stage 4. The past couple of weeks my little family and I have been going out of town every weekend to spend all the time we can with him. We have high hopes he will push through for as long as he can. Unfortunately, when he received a dose of chemo while he was in stage 3, he wasn't reacting well (lots of bad reactions, including sepsis from a surgery he had on the back of his head) And as of right now, chemo isn't an option. The Dr. is pushing for immunotherapy but because of the stage he is in with his cancer, he's pretty sure they will deny it. BUT, we trust his Dr when he says he's going to do all he can to get them to approve the therapy (because of his really bad reactions to the chemo). This past weekend was the first time all of his kids (8 total), 10 grandkids and 7 great grandkids and my grandma were all there to surround him and support him through this journey. Seeing him in tears brought all of us into tears. We had conversations about so many things and we're all just trying to help him through anything and everything! I had my little sister this past week visiting and so I took a break from posting and recording anything new. I'm hoping to catch up this week with a couple videos. Today is a prerecorded video from a couple weeks ago. Between looking for a new home, catching up on making me and my little family Drs appointments, I squeezed in some time to edit this video the day after returning home from being out of town! It was a requested video from a handful of you and I tried my best to make a tutorial LOL! You can use the techniques I use to create my flowers to create whatever kind of flowers you feel like creating! My way isn't everyones way.
