Hello everybody! Today's video is all about craft chairs and the research on our life in chairs. I talk about the structure and functions of the spine and go over some types of chairs and who should or shouldn't use them. I also debunk some myths about correct seated posture based on scientific studies. Then I discuss some specific suggestions for craft chairs before leaving you with some tips about being more healthy about sitting.
(I had a lot of notes behind the camera to help me remember all of the chair specs!)
What kinds of craft chairs do you use? Do you like them? Or are you in the market for new craft seating? What are you looking for? Leave your answers to these questions along with your comments and questions for me in the comment section below. Thanks for watching!
