Unfortunately, Crackles didn’t arrive in working condition right out of the box. Thankfully, Spirit Halloween’s customer service was incredibly helpful and sent a brand-new replacement part completely free of charge. After installing the new part, Crackles is now working perfectly, and you’ll get to see his full setup and performance in this video!
